This application works on user complaints that can be generated on system Apni Nagar Palika Mobile Application, which has a special section on swatch city mission program. This mobile application is useful for citizens, public representatives and city nagar palikas to join hands for ensuring a clean city. As an example, in a city with population of 40000 approx., nagar palika is responsible for cleanliness related works. However, at times there are irregularities in the working of such nagar palikas. . first of all user will download this mobile application and then create a user name and a unique password. User will then enter re - enter password. User will also have to enter email id and mobile number. User will have to then click on continue. System will generate a One Time Pin (OTP) and send it on the registered mobile number of the user. User will then need to enter the received OTP then show next screen. On the next mobile screen, which shows your state, city, district, user will have to select your ward Parshad and enter complete address. Then click on next screen which will now show our home screen. On the home screen there will be six button (new complaint, my complaint, our city, suggestion, important number, news). In case the user wishes to register a new complaint, click on new complaint. There will be drop down menu, on screen that has seven buttons, for each button on which user can choose different choices. Once the user has made all the choices with the help of these buttons / drop down menus, the complaint from the mobile application is registered and then the user receives a complaint number. With the help of complaint number user can later search the follow-up with the concern ward Parshad.
