Very cute items and good prices, was very excited when I first installed the app. However now everytime I attempt to open my cart the app crashes immediately, and I also can't select my favorited items. Very disappointing.

Braindead customer service. Ordered a model kit, one that was a part of a set, shipping took longer than estimated. When it finally arrived they sent me the wrong one. Ok it happens, I reach out and 2 days later I get a response about it, they said I can keep the incorrect one and they'll send the correct kit. When the replacement arrives it's the same incorrect one. The excuse is despite their site having a picture of the one I ordered the incorrect one was the right one.Refunds taking forever.

The app doesn't allow me to sign in with my account. I thought it was because I was signed in on the website so I logged out but, the app still didn't allow me to log in. So disappointing considering I use this site a lot. I just bought a whole bunch of Christmas presents last night too.
