Simpler than some, can be too much so. Thus far, not bad. I do wish I had more food choices in each category, or the ability to write in a substitution and its nutritional information. From there it could be used to make adjustments within the remaining meals and snacks, so that the caloric, fat, etc figures stay reasonably close to the same. To note changes in an item, a smaller portion or a new recipe used, would also help. Making notes works, but isn't ideal.
Wooo! :D It's amazing, it helps so much with dieting. I use it as like a thing to tell me what to eat that day and it's stopped me snacking on unhealthy things and I only eat what it tells me to :) everyone needs this :3 x
Not a proper tracker It should take a note of the diet that we consume daily and basis which should calculate calories intake. Also, there can be a better user interface wherein it can suggest an alternative food for less calorie consumption along with fuller diet.
What I've been looking for! I love this app, its exactly what I've been looking for! I'm very lazy and unmotivated and picky so I love how you can choose a certain meal and replace foods you don't like and it tells you exactly what to eat throughout the day!!
Been using this app off and on for two years, had great weight loss at the beginning and was able to reach my goals. But, must be consistent or will see a slower weight loss progress. This app is great because 1) can select different food items to your likings. 2) the meal plan are simple and easy to make. 3) don't be hungry with six small meals.
When this app first came out i loved it. I used it for 2 years with great success. Keeping track of progress was easy and the diets were easy to follow. Now with all of the changes nothing works anymore. I will be searching for a new app.
