Apotek Hjärtat's app makes it easy for you to retrieve prescriptions for yourself, your loved ones and animals. Easy and secure login with BankID and order directly to your door.

With the app you get:
• Reminders when it's time to withdraw your prescriptions, renew prescriptions or when your high-cost protection expires.
• Easy ordering of recipes for you directly to your door.
• Collect prescriptions for your children, your animals or loved ones by proxy.
• See where your medicine is in stock at a pharmacy near you.
Renewal of your prescription via My Doctor.
• Easy and secure login with BankID.
• Give and receive a power of attorney to be able to pick up prescriptions for others or have someone else pick up for you.
• View and download your animal recipes in the app.

Ratings and reviews

Apotek Hjärtat's payment apparatus sucks, especially involving the use of credit cards and BankID. How basic and fundamental is that? I wasted over an hour of my time trying to pay them! Ridiculous, right? Don't try to use their website, either, because you'll end up just as frustrated as I am now!

The app didn't work. It started when it was installed. It didn't start. Then now I was able to get it started only to discover it wasn't possible to log in. It is now uninstalled, but I thought you should know why and what went wrong. Thank you!

Can't log in, been like this for almost a year. I reluctantly keep it and try reinstalling or wiping data in hope it some day will be fixed. Judging from other comments this is not an isolated problem. Bah humbug
