Great app for treating anxiety and depression A quote that comes to mind : "The mind is complex, but the solutions to our problems can be quite simple." A well structured app that can show anyone who suffers from anxiety and depression how to rid themselves of the thoughts that cause this.
The quality of information in this app is excellent! The information, tools and techniques are very accessible. And they actually make sense, do work, and are presented in an interesting thought provoking way. It's helped me gain some important insights, that I have applied to my advantage. The only thing I would say is that the design of the app isn't your typical bumble button type, but as the content is excellent and it's still user friendly, it's worth a try. Many thanks for the hard work put into this.
