Mission: “National League Soccer is a grass roots organization committed to developing young and adult athletes and preparing them to play competitive soccer at the highest level of their ability. This includes educating and holding our players accountable for the highest standards of sportsmanship, teamwork and personal development. NLS provides consistent, technical training by professional trainers with the goal of developing our players and teams to be competitive in league and tournament play. Lastly, we strive to attract additional talent in the South Florida area through our reputation and manner in which we represent our community. This improves our competitiveness against top clubs and will ultimately elevate the abilities of our teams and players not just the select few.” History: National League Soccer is a competitive soccer league based in South Florida for over 10 years. Games are played at Central Broward Regional Park & Stadium. NLS came into existence in 1998/1999 as an effort to bring the most talented players on the National League Soccer to create a League that could compete with the powerhouse league in other areas of Florida. NLS has experienced success by bringing top quality coaches to the area and takes pride in being a grass roots league that focuses on providing all young and adult players in our community an opportunity to train and ultimately play at a competitive level. More importantly, all players have learned about sportsmanship, the importance of personal integrity and embracing the commitment to the team and league. NLS believes it has a social responsibility to provide an environment where all developing teams and players are encouraged to participate in training in order to better them for the future.
