Avery Telehealth – Empowering Remote Wellness Monitoring
Avery Telehealth is a remote engagement platform designed to support care coordination and wellness tracking for individuals and care teams. The app enables secure video communication, manual entry of health metrics, and optional integration with compatible Bluetooth-enabled and cellular wellness devices.
Device Requirements: Some features of Avery Telehealth require compatible external Bluetooth-enabled or cellular wellness devices (e.g., weight scales, blood pressure monitors, glucose meters). These devices are not included with the app and must be obtained separately. Without these devices, users can still use video communication and manual entry of health metrics, but automated data syncing is not available.
Important Note: Avery Telehealth is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is intended solely for informational and communication purposes to support users and their care teams. In some care programs, licensed healthcare providers and clinical professionals may use the app to monitor submitted data and determine whether follow-up is needed. Any clinical engagement or oversight is conducted outside the app and is not generated by the app itself.
Key Features:
Secure video calls for remote check-ins and care coordination
Manual entry of health metrics such as blood pressure, weight, and glucose
Optional syncing with supported Bluetooth-enabled and cellular wellness devices
Notifications and scheduling tools to help users stay engaged in their care routines
Avery Telehealth is designed for use by individuals, caregivers, and licensed care teams, including those operating in clinical environments such as hospitals and physician practices. It does not replace professional medical advice or services.
