Stay away from this company! After waiting a month for my tag and asking for a refund, they ignored my request and shipped a new one. I thought I'd still try it out, only to download the app and get popup after popup for upgrading the account. Features that are led to be believed as free on their website are actually Features you only get by upgrading to a paid account. I inquired about a refund for the second time stating that I was bot satisfied and they told me no since it was personalized.

Deserves zero stars. I ourchased the ID badge when it was called BarkBadge. I tried logging into my account and I get errors saying "Please login using My email". Google login doesn't work. I've reset my Password, doesn't fix it. Customer service said their IT team would fix it over a month ago and noe they just aren't responding to my emails. I wish I could refund the product considering they don't care once they have your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This tag is so neat! I was able to upload EVERYTHING about my dog and his medical history to this tag. I was able to add pictures, descriptions, all kinds of info you can't do on a normal metal tag from Petsmart. I feel so much more confident he will come back home if he ever gets lost! I gave it 4 stars because some of the sections I had to redo after entering the info and hitting save. I tested it out and and scanned the tag and everything I added was there. Give this a try yall!
