OUR PROCESS:
Complete the 2-minute online assessment and select your package
Schedule a virtual appointment with one of our licensed clinicians, who will answer your questions and review your goals safely and effectively to craft a personalized treatment plan for you.
If determined a candidate for psychedelic therapy, a pharmacy will deliver a brain box to your door. Your brain box includes everything you need to complete sessions from home - all medication(s), blood pressure cuff, journal, meditation mask, and gratitude cards.
Once you receive your brain box, you’ll meet with an integration coach to help you embark on your personalized journey.
As you progress through sessions, you’ll share insights with your care team, track your progress, and have open communication with your care team to help ensure that your experiences are safe and productive. Throughout your journey, we provide 1-on-1 support, structured sessions, and self-care tools to help unlock your inner healer.

The app is one thing, but this company and program is easily the best thing I've done for my mental health. I have ended all depression medication and recently have stopped taking my Adderall. Following the program and journaling has helped me with my relationships and getting over a nasty divorce. I 100% would recommend this treatment to every single person. Getting ahold of your provider is done through credits, or a chat. I have had no problems with BetterU Care as a whole, the app just in need of an update imo.
