The app has a lot of issues. Sometimes it displays account details sometimes zero accounts. Just wondering what's not right with the app. It's not predictable if you can use it or not. It keeps on misbehaving. I have had a million challenges with it including lack of synchronisation leading to me creating multiple accounts despite the fact I was using the same email address. Kindly improve the app and customer experience.

The app is great.. or would be great if it didn't have so many bugs. I was excited about it when I was prompted to download it, and when it works it's incredibly convenient. However, it is disappointing that the many bugs haven't been dealt with for months - given the reviews here, and a couple of conversations I've had with my agent and customer service representatives. It concerns me enough to reconsider my choice to save with Britam.

The app is buggy and quite unreliable on the Customer Experience side of things...but when it works it is very efficient, my only hope is that Britam Works on an overhaul to simplify their user experience..
