Avoid this app like the plague! I would've put Zero stars if possible. They have soo many bugs to fix. I have so many issues with the app, first I can't link my debit card, I enter my info correctly, and then an error message pops up telling me to contact customer service, which is a joke because when you push the contact support button, it's a blank screen with noone to contact. There customer support is nonexistent. My roundups aren't going through, but they still charge me the membership fee.

Customer service doesn't exist on this app. I attempted to link my debit card and ran into an issue with verification. I tried to get intouch with customer service almost 24 hours ago, I've still yet to receive a response. I have lost faith in this service. Now when I attempt to unlink my debit card there is no clear way to do this in the app or website. I would heavily suggest you look elsewhere for this kind of service.

No customer service, no support, withdrawing money from my account and cannot respond to me with any details about where these funds have gone or stop the automatic ach withdrawal. I signed up when they were first on shark tank, and now, since they've relaunched, my account doesn't seem to exist?? So where are the funds you withdrew Bundil?? Would not recommend, not now, not ever.
