SOS Help!
In an emergency, you can use the SOS Help! option to initiate an alert covertly for assistance from CG Dial 112 Agency. Your current location, audio, video, mobile battery level and mobile signal level information is shared with the agency and registered guardians for prompt help.
Dial 112
For assistance, initiate a voice call using the Dial 112 option. Your call is routed to the Dial 112 Control Room. In the background, your current location is shared to the Call Agent who is receiving your call.
Incidents
For raising compliant or awareness, you can use the Incidents option to share real time incident details along with attachments.
Crime Spot
You can use the Crime Spot to find information about nearby crimes in a particular locality. You can also use it to find contact details of respective police stations and fire stations.
Do's and Don'ts
You can go through the Do’s and Don’ts option to know do’s and don’ts for safety and security of citizens at their residence and office and also during travel.
