A new version of the KP Citizen’s Portal is now available on Google Play Store. The App has several new features with improved user interaction.
Verification Code - Get verification code by email. Ensure to enter correct email address at the time of registration.
Track Complaint - You can view details of communication regarding your complaint. You can view date of complaint assigned to officer and official remarks regarding your complaint.
How Do I - A new section explaining service procedures for essential citizen's documents. This section in detail describe procedure for obtaining domicile, birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, death certificate, armed licence registration etc.
E Citizen - A new section (only available for Mardan District) to apply for Domicile Certificate. Very soon this service will be available for all Districts in KP.
Forgot Password – Several users reported this option to be added in the App. This feature is now available. Forgot Password will send you the username and password through SMS service.
Message Box – This feature allows citizens to receive messages when their complaint is being processed. A great way to stay informed about your complaint and general feedback from the Government.
Notifications – Citizens now receive pop-up notifications when there is something new about their complaint or general communication from the Government.
Attach Media from Gallery – You can now attach audio, video or images from your phone gallery with each new complaint. This feature makes new complaint submission a lot easier. It is recommended to provide media files to strengthen your complaint with evidence.
Profile Update – You can update your profile, change your District if you have moved, and update your email address or other information as and when required. Keep your District updated so that you can receive District specific updates through the Citizen’s Portal.
These great new features will help you stay connected with your local government. KPK government is committed to resolve all complaints submitted through the Citizen’s Portal on priority basis.
The Citizen's Portal is a step forward towards establishing responsive governance in the province. This android based application allows the citizens to register their complaints about multiple sectors of service delivery. These complaints are automatically forwarded to the concenrned Deputy Commissioner for appropriate remedial actions.
Citizens can upload picture, video or audio files in support of their complaints to ensure proper action by the concerned quarters. This app also allows the government to communicate directly with the citizens to make routine and emergency announcements. Public polling are also made to collect the concerns and preferences of the citizens in real-time.
