Things I don't like about Clapingo and what they need to work on: 1. Recording availability: Only 3 months of recording availability is not enough. Please provide the option to download the video, so we can have it on our device. 2. Session bookmarking or Note: There are so many sessions, and not every session is important. There should be an option to bookmark and/or write notes so the learner can mark the recorded session for future review in terms of improvement. 3. Improve Customer Support:

I subscribed to a plan and lost 7500. In the interactive session, the tutor assured that I could choose my preferred teacher, which was a complete lie. We had one session, but the next day, there were no slots open. I'm told to wait a few days, despite my subscription covering five sessions a week. This is totally disappointing and cheating. They just lure you in to subscribe, only to provide pathetic services. Don't get fooled. I strongly recommend not subscribing. There is no refund either.

The service is extremely disappointing. Before payment, you'll receive numerous calls & texts encouraging you to join the program. However, once you pay the fee, your struggles begin. Booking a slot becomes nearly impossible, as the teachers are always fully booked. I managed to secure a slot only once, & each time, I encountered a new teacher, making it difficult to establish consistency. It’s frustrating to have to search for a new instructor each time. Your amount will not be refunded as well
