Worst experience ever....I bought 4 tickets through a cash app on discount. The payment was approved and gone to the Daewoo app. After a while the tickets got cancelled automatically and the amount was automatically refunded in my account. Now, I can't buy the tickets on discount again and I also can't withdraw my amount from this stupid app. Contacted the customer service and they said to contact the refund department. Called the number several times but they don't even bother to take my calls.

Daewoo has too many customers and doesn't care or wants customers anymore. The app is extremely buggy. They never refunded 70% of my money after cancellation. 😡 Customer support sucks, and they are incredibly rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. 😤 I genuinely have no idea why this app has such a high rating; perhaps all the ratings are bought. 🤔 #appfail #refundissues #customerservicefail

I strongly do not recommend this service. I had a terrible experience with time management. I was traveling from Jhelum to Gujrat, and my bus was scheduled to depart at 11:45 AM. However, it was delayed, and it finally left the station at 12:11 PM. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who needs to travel on time. The condition of the bus was also poor and in need of maintenance.
