Very poor customer experience. I mistakenly booked a ticket two hours earlier than my departure time and contacted customer support right away. Despite this, they refused to change the timing and forced me to cancel the ticketinstead. On top of that, 30% was deducted as a cancellation fee for a simple timing mistake. This is extremely unfair and not customer-friendly at all. An app like this should allow minor corrections or at least show some flexibility. Disappointing service.

very poorly organized app. Online Payment is a hell of a job here. Their link with Alfalah Credit Card system is a mess while easypaisa is not working since long due to an unknown system maintenance. If you try through Jazz Cash, the amount is deducted but the ticket is not generated. If the amount is deducted, its refund is a gigantic task. It was much better when Daewoo was with Korean. whoever is now managing, is actually punishing Pakistanis

Very disappointing experience. The payment system on this app does not work properly, making online booking completely useless. I tried multiple times but the transaction kept failing, which forced me to reserve my seat at the terminal. Unfortunately the staff was unprofessional and did not know how to speak respectfully with customers. Such poor service and technical issues make the whole experience frustrating. Please fix the payment system and properly train your staff.
