Ordered online last Jan 01 2026. it was cancelled and i have yet to receive a refund. the availability of items in this app is not updated. i had called a customer service number and was told order was cancelled due to some items unavailability and yet when you check it on the app those items are still available and can be added to cart. This app is rubbish

The product is of very good quality, but the delivery times keep changing. I received a message stating it would arrive in the morning, but it arrived very late. The delivery tracker does not show the exact time; they changed the schedule. It is difficult for a busy person to sit and wait. The delivery person does not answer the phone. It would be helpful to have a fixed delivery time.

I received furniture today on 13th May from Danube. The product quality is good, but I was completely disappointed with the installation service. The staff did not place the furniture properly during installation, and now it is very difficult to move or rearrange it. I hope the team can improve their installation service and pay more attention to customer convenience Would like to make a call with your team.
