The quality of the sofa bed i purchased was not good. we are only sitting on it once in awhile and not even using in sleeping. And we have purchased this couple of months back. I have contacted customer service and nobody even replied. Imagine not always using it and its already almost torn??? I like Pan Emirates better as their customer service always make sure to resolved your issue.It was very different from my VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE from Pan emirates. They immediately assist and fix.....

Extremely Heavy, though looks good prices and materials but shopping through app is disaster, it literally gave me headache and pressure due slowness and Heavy movement plus changing photo , once you open product wait till previous one disappear and update take place ! 15 minutes was enough to hate app, i really hope they will be able to improve otherwise people will shoft to smooth shopping apps
