Our Approach (The 5R Model)
Resilience is defined as the ability of an individual bounce back, from stress. Developing resilience is critical to overcome stressful situations in any work environment.
The workplace is an important part of our lives. We need skills to build strong relationships with team members, affording us a sense of psychological safety in our workplace. Healthy and stable relationships assure the success of excelling in the workplace.
Each team member has their own roles to ensure an undisrupted workflow and efficient workforce. Role clarity helps employees realize their potential. It also improves overall job satisfaction and contributes to the organization by improving employee retention rate.
Diversity is a hallmark of global workforces. Without mutual respect, increased interpersonal conflict and low morale can undermine teams and organizations. We help workforces build a respectful culture that fosters Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion and respect for one another.

3-tier services model
Our package includes three tiers of services designed to assist employees in strengthening their 5Rs:
TIER 1: AWARENESS OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES THROUGH PERSONALIZED RESOURCES
Tier 1 provides easy access to news, articles, blogs, and other resources to individuals interested in learning more about workplace mental health.
TIER 2: BUILDING RESILIENCE THROUGH BITE-SIZE CONTENT TO STRENGTHEN 5 DOMAINS OF RESILIENCE
Tier 2 provides access to bite-sized digital modules, support groups, and coaching sessions, where they would also be able to communicate directly with our mental health experts on their issues.
TIER 3: EVIDENCE-BASED PROGRAMS AND CLASSES LED BY LICENSED CLINICIANS
Tier 3 provides structured, intensive programs on issues such as depression, anxiety, communication skills, life stresses, and many more. The programs usually run for 7-8 sessions. Anyone who would like to learn more specialized skills on these issues may register for the structured programs.
