This app does exactly what I want it to! The total daily screen time is always visible in the notification panel, and the floating bubble timer starts automatically (once unlocked). It is so helpful to see both my current session time and the total amount of time I've spent on a given app that day. I've been able to cut down on screen time tremendously in the last few days. Note that, for the free version, you have to watch three 30-second ads to unlock each feature, and that feature stays unlocked for 24 hours. (Fortunately, the app remembers any previous customizations you've made, and you can see how much time the feature is unlocked for.) Since I only want the floating timer, I don't mind spending the minute and a half, so this app is my jam right now. Yay!

I use this app to block other apps at bedtime, to prevent my using them after it is time to go to sleep. StayOff does this very well. However, I don't want the app to keep popping up on my phone screen during the day, intruding with widgets charting precisely how many minutes I've spent doing this or that. It's irritating. When I try to make that stop, it keeps happening. I do not need to be informed by StayOff of how effective StayOff is. Please add a "shut off all but blocking" button.

Screen time, digital welfare. Is a great app for when you need to set a goal. For example, you would go to this app, and you would choose, "Let's say, Pinterest." You would click on Pinterest: 1 hour a day. Then you would have 1 hour a day, and it would reset at midnight. I think it is really good. It is a little bit confusing for beginners. But overall, I really like it.
