Please enable fingerprint instead of passcode to be enter each time once open the app either from main screen or recent task. Very annoying!!!

I had used this application 4 years ago and recently i have send money to India SG $450. Beneficiary complained the money haven't received untill now. The money was send on 2nd February 2023. I had forwarded this matter to eRemit management many times but untill now there is no solution. My money was gone. I used this eRemit service 2 to 3 times in a month but now i don't trust to use this application.

I tried to sign up using the app but it still link me back to the website to fill up the rest of the details. A pop up message keep prompting me saying face-to-face is temporarily unavailable and ask me to sign up using mobile app instead. I can't do anything with this loop errors. It would be great if you could look into this matter thank you!
