It is recommended that you create an email (Google gmail) account for your property, using the property address (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org). This email is unique to the property and can be transferred to another user.
To transfer the account, you’d give the Gmail login & password to the next property owner. The new owner can update the account at the Google Gmail website, then sign-in on a myEZasset app to access the existing property & assets.
