About this app

The National Council for Human Rights aims to protect, promote and develop human rights in Egypt under the provisions of the Constitution. In the light of international conventions and covenants, we cooperate with local and international organizations to make human rights concerns a national priority. At the individual level, we receive citizens' complaints and raise the awareness of citizens about their rights and the legal procedures to be followed. We refer such complaints to the relevant authorities and follow up on them to ensure the implementation of best practices and to achieve better protection of human rights. At the State level, we provide opinion, proposals and recommendations to the Egyptian Government to protect and promote human rights

Version - 3 -- The National Council for Human Rights is an Egyptian human rights organization established in 2003 with a mission of promoting and maintaining human rights in Egypt. The NCHR publishes annual reports concerning the current status of human rights within the country.
