I like quality products of pepperfry. Their service is awsome. Packaging nice. Word of advice, some courier services when return products undelivered due to some reason, please update the information very soon while checking the status to refund prepaid customers. There are many products for which shipping is not available for 190001, earlier which used to be not the case. Pepperfry app is also great. Kudos! You are doing very well 🖒
Worst experience. . You guys expect me to wait at home for 48hours after delivery for assembly. Their assembly department is too bad, such a bad experience even before opening the product. Got confirmation on call for assembly took half-day from work, no one answered the call, customer care don't have policy to take complain. They just sent him a reminder. Like wow. . should I take 2days off for this thing.
My order was supposed to be delivered by 24 Jan18 However it has not been delivered yet. You guys keep changing the delivery date on every call. Earlier I was told it will be delivered on 27Jan18, now today I was told it will be delivered on 30th Jan18 by customer care representative. And may be I can get a new date of February in my next call. this is not done. this is how a online furniture retail giant works?
Absolutely forgettable experience, no control on inventory. My purchase appears to be shipped for long, but the actual supplier is only extending the delivery time week after week. Already confirmed on a date of delivery then postponed twice till now - from 17 Jan - Feb sometime, hopefully no further delays, paid in advance - can only wait :( Further assured of no help despite intervention initiated from the HO itself.... Just formality sake follow ups :(
Friends please dont go with this app. Such a worst app and policies, If you will commit any mistake by any chance they will not allow you to correct that. If you will call customer care executive they will ask you to place a new order of same amount then only we will be able to help you in previous order. You will be help less if you dont have money in your wallet or account. I just want to change the delivery address but due to their policy I can't. Now my product will be delivered to some one else. Never seen such a pathetic policies in any app and company.
Please check over all reviews as I hadn't and have been suffering. Worse experience ever. Horrible service. Staff irresponsible and no cooperation between employees. Ordered a cupboard and 2 weeks ago and have only received the parts without tools. No assembly team have visited and the call Centre are unsure of what to do. On conversing the staff themselves wanted us to cancel the order and get the items returned back. Have put in a huge amount and that amount is stuck without any news from Pepperfry. Will peruse the matter at consumer court if no action taken within 2 more days. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP TO AVOID SIMILAR ISSUES.
