The PHILLY TRUCE APP puts Philadelphians with knowledge of potentially violent conflicts in direct contact 24/7 with trained MEDIATORS. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE POLICE.
The PHILLY TRUCE APP is a two-way communication system that works like Uber or Lyft. We need our community to call for help before guns are drawn. We also need to be that help on the other end of the call.

Their heart is in the right place and the reaction time is as well as can be expected using texts first & foremost. The communication was more clear than texts to other things like my Cable company. I hope it and other measures produce results. Important that 3rd party uses this as often times the 2 combatants are too prideful to.
