amount got deducted from Google Play Store ,but still app asking to pay membership plz help how to play

Pls fix. When i open the app on my mobile phone (Android), the logo of Sastra Film keep loading and did not go to main screen. I cannot watch any movie. I test it on my PC, it can be opened. But on my phone, it cannot. Since i subscribe, i am not able to watch it on my phone. Pls fix...i want to see series, not Sastra Film logo....pls fix.

I would give you 5 stars if share to Chromecast to watch on TV, it's coming 2023 and Chromecast Cast available more than a decade. Don't be outdate, tech out there just use it. Hopefully you added share to Chromecast by next version. I subscribe because expected to see on tv screen not, on my phone 6in screen. Otherwise cancellations will be made next month. Based on read previous reviews, seem no one listen to user voice. No developer has replies to recent reviews. This is how Cambodian made?
