My experience has been very seamless till date. I have been a free user for two months now and have had multiple return pick ups serviced by them. Their promptness and the ability to schedule pick ups seamlessly has been a very big plus. Given how new this app is, I understand the slightly underwhelming app interface but at least they didn't load it with a ton of information only to leave it crashing very frequently Overall, if the costs are as low as they are now, I might subscribe to it

Would give 10 stars if I could! This app and service solves a real pain point for customers' online purchases - the returns process. Using this app is simple, seamless and takes the worry out of ensuring your returns are handled safely. Developers are quick to respond to any concerns and/or feature requests, improving the experience every time I use it.

I used Tern Returns multiple times. It is super easy: scheduling the return and leaving package at the door step and return is done! It saved me a lot of time and troubles. No more driving to UPS and no more label printing. I can shop more without worrying the return trouble. Love it 💕
