Dr. Maya D'Eon, Health Behavior Expert
Dr. D'Eon is a licensed clinical psychologist in San Diego and she specializes in helping people improve their quality of life and overcome barriers to healthy living.

Dr. Lorena Ruci, Mental Health Expert
Dr. Ruci is our pro when it comes to helping people manage stress and overcome major life changes. She is a registered psychotherapist in Ottawa, ON.

Dr. Tara Coletta, Nutrition and Exercise Expert
Dr.Coletta is our voice of reason and inspiration when it comes to nutrition, exercise, and being a mom. She has a M.S. in exercise science from UMass Amherst and a Ph.D. in nutritional biochemistry from Tufts University.

Ashley Miller-Dykeman, Science Communication Expert

Tovi is an unobtrusive, stable and intuitive to use App that gives you little reminders to help keep your feet pointed toward the sunny side of the street. I stumbled across it by accident for some forgotten reason about a year ago. It was interesting enough to keep around and now I really enjoy having it.

TOVI has had a positive impact on my well-being. I feel more organized, balanced and motivated to complete tasks. The app layout is easy to navigate and I look forward to logging-in several times each week.
