I often get the "User has been locked out. Wait for 5 minutes" when I try to enter camera Image settings to control, say, infrared illumination. Super irritating. I don't think that I'm doing something wrong. Happens on two different phones using two different EZCloud accounts. Seems like a bug that needs to be fixed.... ASAP!

Too many changes, so maybe time to change brands on all future camera system installations. EZ View, to UNV Link, to UniEase. Last camera view does not appear once the app is closed. Does not support dark theme. PTZ presets do not carry over from older version, but are stored in the camera creating confusion. Does Microsoft design your app... no, even Microsoft isn't this bad!

There is a very annoying issue they should have solved by now - once I open the live view of a camera in fullscreen, the on-screen controls never disappear. Usually, they should auto-hide in about 3 seconds after opening the video feed. This is a problem, as the on-screen control icons block important areas of the video frame and never go away. Please, fix this.
