1. I was interested in the promotional rate. When I (attempted to) added money to my wallet, the promo rate instantly disappeared, despite not sending anything. 2. When I tried adding money to my wallet with a debit card, they said it will take 30-60 minutes. It's been 2 days and nothing. 3. They emailed me an auto generated email and said they contacted me (they never did). 4. The support person said the slowness was because of the weekend and the transaction will take up to 7 days to return!

[Update] The recent update appears to be aesthetically pleasing and more user-friendly. However, I have noticed a minor issue. When sending more than 500, the subsequent window used to display "No fees" or "0 fees." Now, it shows "4.99," but selecting this option reveals that no charge will be incurred since the amount exceeds 500.[using your bank account] The service is excellent and user-friendly. Additionally, there are no fees associated with sending amounts exceeding 500 dollars.

Worst money transfer app I have seen so far. No process to check the status of transfer. It will always show in progress until final day. They have sent an email to verify my identity and it went to spam folder. So they cancelled the transaction on final day after taking the money from source account. Now they are saying it will take 7 business day to get my money back. No way to track all these in the app. It will just show cancelled.
