Ratings and reviews

I appreciate how thorough the app is and that it's easy to navigate. My only complaint is that it seems to not work as well on Android devices. Every so often, the app shows blank screens unless you uninstall and reinstall the app. People in our family with Apple don't seem to have the same issue, but Android users do. Would be nice to have that fixed as it's very frustrating.

As other users have stated, the app doesn't work for Android users. Once installed, the app will load correctly once, then has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to work correctly.

Stayed at Woodloch for 5 days. Had a wonderful experience. App never worked the entire time. No information was visible. I tried installing it and uninstalling. I tried different devices. Nothing. Would have been helpful
