At Frankie’s we pay homage to Philly's long standing food traditions: fresh, quality ingredients, careful, hands-on preparation and personal customer service.
From the Certified Angus Beef to the Amoroso rolls to the sweet and hot peppers, the ingredients that go into our sandwiches, salads and sides are the finest we can find. All of our peppers are made from scratch - seasonsed and roasted in the oven.
An in-house butcher trims the beef for our famous cheesesteaks every day. The turkey and pork are slow-roasted. The mushrooms are sautéed in red wine and garlic. For our chicken sandwiches we use Red Bird Chicken because it’s hormone-, preservative- and antibiotic free. Only the Cheez Whiz comes in a can.
