By keeping a device beside your main safe, and recording everything you take out and put in, your daily cash declarations become a simple matter of counting and entering your counter cash and selecting declaration. The app does all the calculations and presents you with totals to enter on Horizon. If you currently use a spreadsheet, this does something similar but is so much easier to use and it runs on any Android mobile phone or tablet.
BP and TPs are just as easy as it also gives you seperate declarations for currency and stamps. It even gives you your stock totals to be cross checked with the Horizon Stock Balance figures.
