The Fit Stop, located at 240 Inkerman St, St Kilda East, is a personal training and group training facility where people come to:
- Lose body fat & Increase lean muscle ('tone up') - Improve functional movement, strength & conditioning - Get fit & healthy - Learn how to train & move properly with correct technique and programming. - Optimise your performance, & reduce your risk of injury for long term health & fitness.
We work with our clients in both a 1-on-1 setting and in our small group personal training sessions (max. 6 people).
Our aim is to provide a non intimidating and friendly environment for people to train, whilst pushing our clients to get real fitness results and be the best they can be using only the most effective, and proven training methods.
