The history of the Advent Calendar is rooted in Christian customs from back in the 19th century, since then the tradition has spread all over Europe and is continuously becoming more popular everywhere in the world. The idea is to countdown to Christmas Eve by opening one window every day and to celebrate each day in anticipation of Santa Claus. These windows often hold sweet little gifts, the most popular present being chocolate of course. Ratings and reviews

Like this calendar. Only a few problems. 1) On achievements, there are 2 for a Jack Frost game.... Must be a game from a previous year because I cannot find it. 2) I will say it is impossible to get 3 stars on either of the snowflake games. My best score of 2.6 seconds puts me in the top 10 of all players.... Still only 2 stars. 3) game never gave me an achievement for opening a gift. Can confirm these are all 3 still problems 2 years later =). App not updated for 2025.

this is not 25, because though only on 3rd December, I could open 25th & any other day, so pretty pointless has a count down to Christmas. the games can be really difficult to get 2/3 stars, has most rely on speed and I think they expect you to be extremely, mega fast straight away, just to get 2 stars which I find depressing because they are easy games and once I start tapping instead of trying to move pieces I am fast but still only get 1 star, I play again and still only 1 star boring, no fun

My favourite app for the Christmas season. Very nice Christmas design. The Advent calendar village with the 25 doors is so cute! The Christmas carols are nice and the first 2 mini games behind doors 1 and 2 are very easy to play. Looking forward to discover the rest of the Christmas experience!
