At a live event site, APPIX doesn’t require any cellular data or Wi-Fi. Just download the app, select your event, make sure Bluetooth and notifications are enabled and we’ll let you know when a moment is about to begin by prompting your smartphone in real-time.
Your phone does not pair over Bluetooth, so no personal information is ever sent from your phone and NO sign up or login is required.

What a waste of time and battery. The app kept constantly needing to update, and then it kept needing to re-sync. I never got to use it because of this. Anyway, for those who got it to work, all it did was flash the camera light randomly; nothing was ever specifically synced by seating section or anything, the effects weren't that special or unique.

downloaded the APPIX APP (Android version) for the New Kids On The Block concert tonight May 28, 2019 at Rabobank Arena. The app didn't work at all (stayed on the generic screen saying keep it open) & I didn't get the special pop up messages (NKOTB loves U) or any of the messages...I wasted at least half on my night keeping an eye on my phone until I gave up on the app. App needs work for android devices because it works on the Apple devices.

I give this app 4 stars because I dig the concept. The only reason it didn't get 5 is because it didn't work at my event, BUT when I left feedback explaining that it didn't work, I immediately received a personal email from the CEO of the company apologizing and requesting info about software etc so they can troubleshoot and figure out how to make the experience better. Now that's what I call customer service! 2 Months later I'm still waiting and now I can't even get anyone to return an email
