This app is garbage. I have done every bit of troubleshooting but it keeps getting stuck at 1 minute left (for 7+hours) until I give up, cancel it, and try again. My WiFi connection is absolutely not the problem, nor is the amount of data being transferred, yet here we are. This is my first iPhone ever and this nightmare of a transfer process has made me seriously question my decision to switch to iOS.

This app is BS. After establishing connection, both phones display something like "transfer time under estimation", and stay like that forever. No progress overnight. Next morning the process stopped once disconnected from WiFi. No way to resume, Had to restart the whole thing. There was a summary at quitting, according to which, there were 6xx bytes transferred during the long wait :) It would be a shame if the tool comes from Apple! Switched to Google backup and it did the jobs in minutes .

this app, in combination with the migration software on the iPhone, is incredibly flaky, and has made migrating to an iPhone a pain. it takes a lot of tries to even connect properly (says connection code is wrong, gets stuck on connecting/ authenticating, etc). I went through all the troubleshooting guides, still failing. Honestly considering returning my iPhone; even if it worked I wouldn't have all the data I want. Don't even have option to select which albums or files to transfer over.
