Ratings and reviews

I'm honestly disappointed with Zomato. The delivery timings shown on the app are completely inaccurate - if it says 25 minutes, it usually takes more than 1 hr in reality.Deliveries are consistently late, food sometimes arrives in poor condition, and packaging quality isn't great. The prices on the app are often higher than the actual restaurant prices, which feels unfair. In some cases, restaurants don't even receive the order on time due to system delays, causing extra waiting. need important.

No refund is anything goes wrong. Customer support is waste. Re-review: I've increased my rating from 1* to 3*s. What got better: Customer support has improved somewhat! What still needs fixing: Menu prices are still higher than what's actually offered by the restaurants. Above that Zomato still charges a hefty platform fee after taking Gold Membership. Not many good restaurants are available from my location to take advantage of the membership (limit of 10km).

I mistakenly selected the wrong address and immediately contacted support, but the issue was not resolved. The order was cancelled, and I was informed that no refund would be given and the promo code was used. If there is a cancellation option, why is there no refund? This has happened before as well. This has been the worst experience I have had with the Zomato application.
