I recently booked a ticket through the District app, and to my disappointment, there is no option to cancel it. In today’s world, where flexibility is crucial, it’s shocking that a booking platform doesn’t offer a basic cancellation or refund feature. Mistakes happen, plans change, and customers should have the ability to cancel a ticket if needed. Instead, the app forces users to go through unnecessary hassles, with no clear support or resolution. This is extremely inconvenient and feels like

just because Zomato wanted to book concerts as well didnt mean they had to move over dining to a new app. district all is quite barebones and the handover from Zomato to district isn't seamless. if for example i click book table on zomato, it simply opens the district app and not the reservation menu of the concerned cafe. i have to search and do the steps manually again. the previous zomato experience was much better

District thought will become easy to navigate . Zomato was good.now it's the worst.Make searching and navigating hard.Not useful as zomato.Location changes and many more problems . Places before it's used to suggest was superb now it's like showing almost the wrong place and wrong location . If they don't want us to go just tell us we will search somewhere else .The app was for making things easy not complicated.Building something good doesn't mean destroy the old goodness.Bad app
