Great app Very convenient. I dont have to remember to bring release forms because i always have at least one of my devices with me. I only wish there were some way to transfer completed releases between devices so no matter which im using, i still have access to all of them. Aside from that i have no complaints. And really thats not a complaint, more of a suggestion. ;)
I can't edit the template. It has no use to me if I can't edit the template. My country is not in the list of the countries in the release info. I have to customize so as it can be useful to me. In the home screen there is settings menu. And I cant select the custom settings on the release that has alredy been made. I have just spent $10 on nothing.
GREAT SUPPORT TEAM The support team gets 5 stars. If the ANDROID version were as robust as the IOS version I'd give it 5 stars. After considerable research for a model release I settled on Easy Release, even though the Android version isn't as robust as the IOS. Installed it on both: Samsung Galaxy S5 (Verizon SM-G900V) and Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 (SM-810). I found in these reviews tips about PRESS & HOLD the RECENT button to access the configuration menus. This works great on the phone but not on the TAB S2. After a couple of hours of further research and unsuccessful attempts I emailed support expecting to not hear from anyone for at least 24-48 hrs. Within 5 minutes I received an automated response suggesting the similar procedures I'd already unsuccessfully attempted. I replied to this email the exact problem I was having expecting to not hear back until the next day. Within about an hour a reply was received with the tip: ON THE TAB S2 PRESS & HOLD THE RETURN BUTTON. It works... One suggestion is; the same instructions be included in the App as are on the FEATURES chart on the web site and include as many tips as possible. I'm still working my way through configuring.
Galaxy Note 4 user I've also owned Easy Release for several years and have loved it. Like the previous post, I recently upgraded to the Galaxy Note 4. I do not see any way to access the menu. That means I'm limited on what I can do. I would give five stars if this issue was addressed. Edit---- With a very quick response from the developer I learned that you can long press the "recent apps" button to access all of the setting for the app.
2 year user of Easy Release My Galaxy S3 which I used Easy Release on finally passed, so I replaced it with a Galaxy Note 4 and repurchased Easy Release. Am I missing something? Since there is no context button on the Note 4 how do you access the settings, help, etc. ? There is no way to input defaults except on the initial application launch? Something is not right. ↘Thank you for the quick reply. Email feature no longer working.
Clearly states not a valid tool for relase Clearly states not a valid tool for media relase. Consult local laws about the legality of digital release. Oh and 10$ for 2 MB.
