I was always shopping with Max. But for teh first time i ordered with the app, my order was not even packed for 5 days after placing it. I tried to write email to them for 3 days. But i didnt get any response until i cancelled the order . After being cancelled they responded and they didnt even bother to provide an explanation for the delay. really Disappointed in Max fashion service. Please priovide better service ro you are going to lose your customer with this behaviour.

App is not working at all or just keeps buffering all the time I open the app. Their delivery is not really as expected really very bad service and by reading the earlier reviews it looks like the App slowness is a known issues from very long time and till there is no action has been taken at all. They just keep responding it will be taken care and all but for years no proper amendments from their end.

I am not able to get into the app to order things. I am fan of the products and offers which they provide but this app has very poor optimisation. i think that this app is not optimised for every device out there. Which leads to the search for other alternatives and final forgetting this brand. Which we don't want to but your app is push us towards it..
