No support and can't count on it. **Update**Still no support! I am sure they worked hard on this app. It would be worth purchasing if I knew I could get support. The app has glitches in it and I can't rely on it working properly. When my clients are asked to confirm their appointment by pressing 1, it says "your appointment has been cancelled". Then I have to return phone calls from panicked clients. They are worried their appointments have been cancelled. Kind of a pain in the butt. I would purchase the app if it worked properly. Bummed
Tells my customers they canceled their appointment!! Im rating this one star because it tells my customers they cancel when confimring! There's no customer care or acknowledgement! And it has completely stopped working...it doesnt call or text my customers! Has potential to be an amazing app if these bugs ar fixed!!! I will be uninstalling until its updated and corrected!!!
Wish I could have someone get back to me I have emailed them 3 times and no one gets back in touch. Worked great until I had to switch cards and it keeps telling me network error. This is hurting my business and making me have to manually check what appointments I have daily. I did not think updating the card info would be this difficult!
Doesn't remind clients I have had several issues. I could not renew my subscription for the basic, so I upgraded to the $40 mo. plan, but that still didn't work when it was supposed to notify my clients before and get confirmation. I want the $40 month back that I paid for because I didn't pay for just a calendar, I paid to have my clients reminded of their appointments! Your app sucks and doesn't do what you claim it does!
Malfunctioning I have been using this app for months. I even purchased additional contact space. However, recently, it stopped working. Does not send client notifications. It states reminded, yet never sends reminder. I even did a trial and sent a reminder to myself and received nothing. I would like to know how this can be fixed asap.
No go so far I cannot get it set up. It keeps telling me that there is no authentication. It sounds perfect for me so I hope support gets with me to help.
We just experienced a recent service outage and appointment reminder delays. The problem seems to be fixed now. My apologies!
