Great if you have Xposed framework It's now impossible to easily turn on and off airplane mode on Lollipop and Marshmallow. There is an Xposed module that returns this power to an app. But some apps are too "smart" and won't work. This simple widget works with that module. You will need root for Xposed.
Fast! Galaxy Note II N7105 running Android 4.1.2. Tried a number of widgets that turned out to be slow & didn't work properly. This one works really well and is very fast. Great widget!
Excellent and looks good Works perfectly on my galaxy s3 which I use for an alarm every day. Can't turn phone off as android alarms don't work if you do but don't want calls or texts etc coming through in the middle of the night and this good looking yet discreet widget does the job of putting phone into flight mode but avoids having to use the power button all the time - great app!
Easy widget Yes, you should read first: it's a widget and you should toggle it. Simple, adequate, although the response time might be quicker. After 2-5 sec you'll see the airplane mode switched on (or off). But it's quicker than pressing the Homescreen button. And imho, the icon is more beautiful than its competitors (with widgets smaller than 40kb).
Keeps force closing on 4.3 Added the widget to my home screen but when ever I click it, it says it has stopped. Like many other toggle apps, it isn't working with the 4.3 upgrade. Argh!
Simple, effective As the title says, simple and effective. If you travel at all often, this is the perfect app to store on the home screens. No messing around in menus now!
Ensure that the widget appears in the widget list for ICS
Fix: After the widget is updated by another process (or the orientation is changed on the homescreen) - Make sure the click works properly afterwards. This resolves the reported issue with the widget becoming responsive after a period of time
