It was working fine. Now it wont recognize my email and password at all like everyone else. I removed and reinstalled app to try that with no success. Yes it is on the most recent update. Please fix this soon. I prefer to pay bill on the app. Also if the app could keep your payment options memorized, that woild be great. Its a bit frustrating to have to type in my card number every time

This app is not even worth 1 star. Each time you go to log on it does not recognize my email and password at all. Then when I try to change my password the app does not recognize me as a customer. I have removed and reinstalled app with no success. This is very frustrating, why even have an app that you cannot even use! Also why even have a web site that does the same time....you cannot even use it!!! Someone needs to fix this! There is NO excuse for this in this day and age. PLEASE FIX!

I may have missed it, but how does one report an outage in the app, after the update? Or is that all automated now? What about the outage map? Some good features were removed and the app completely changed. Not sure 'bug fixes' is all that accurate.
