language is set to English in XL app, but every text I receive about a promo is in Indonesia, the add screens on the app are indonesian... I cant understand any of it, so the advertisement is a waste of time for me to look at. Maybe advertise to me in English and I can see what you're constantly sending me text messages for.... Then you reply to me in indonesian... obviously did not understand what I'm talking about. The rating stays 1 star

payments for non indonesian citizens are nearly impossible, it took me 3 hours to top up my sim card for another month and I had to install another app and go to a supermarket to buy credit for the other app to use it to pay and it constantly sent OTPs via whatsapp whereas the number is not registered on whatsapp so there was no way to finalize the transaction. If you wait long enough it gives you the option to resend it via sms, but it was so complicated. creditcards dont work.

It sucks, I can't even buy any internet package through this app. Every time I try to buy an internet package, it always says "Sorry, an error occured", and it's been like that for more than two weeks.
