terrible app full of errors! Try to disconnect my auto debit credit card but keeps failing. Try to pay by different method but app keeps asking for info, which I fill in, then when I press continue it takes me right back to the beginning to start all over again. so frustrating and infuriating. makes you want to throw your HP at the wall or out the window. Terrible app. How can a major company like XL not know it's so bad and make it a priority to fix! Makes me want to change my telecom provider!

Wow a new UI! So cool! I wish it came with a working app though! I wish I had 50 years to wait for the app to load, and I wish the customer service would spare their time to READ my complaint on twitter and not some BOT giving me useless/unrelated troubleshooting options. But alas, it was just a wishful thinking. 25k wasted just because the app can't load and the package keeps on renewing itself.

So inefficient. Every app update is just a new complicated interface, instead of enhancing app performance. So many lags. Classic balance deducted but no internet package received. I don't even know why would I keep using this provider. Also, the transaction history always lags and missing some transaction entry. You have to keep receipt of it yourself in case the transaction happened but you haven't receive anything. Chat Maya feature? Robots and clueless.
