When it was still the first media, I gave it 5 stars for usability. Since XL took it over, down time happens every few days. Now it's been 48+ hours the internet is still down with no explanation and now there's no applicable way to make a complaint and service inquiry from the application. Again, 1 star. If there's an option of 0 stars, I will give it to this application. So far, not even technical assistance is available.

It's been 3 days I can't use my internet and cable tv, but there's no way to contact customer service or create a ticket. Back then when it was the first media app at least I can call the customer service and if there's maintenance/problem they inform you from the app.

Completely unable to connect to the internet. On top of that, I cannot reach the call center because I keep being told that the app needs to be updated, even though I'm already using the latest version available. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expect an immediate solution to this issue.
