Best paced breathing app You can adjust the pace, the silence length, and the tone length. This is by far the most customizable breathing app, and the tone is soothing and unobtrusive. My only gripe is that it invariably turns one of the tones into a somewhat startling crackle towards the end of a timed session. That doesn't make the app less useful or superlative. Highest recommendation.
Unbelievable You have removed the black background and are now making your users buy it? I did not see a single reviewer mention they would prefer a bright white background. Who are you trying to fool? You are just trying to make more money. That's a really low way to squeeze money out of your users. I'm giving you a one for being a contriving liar. That's no way to treat your users.
White theme is horrible New light theme is horrible just like white Android keypad and everyone hates it. Whole room lights up and you get noticed right away when using it especially at night when most people use it. It is distractive to users and others. You ruined a great app yourself.
Useful for those with panic disorder This app is very useful for panic attacks because you don't need to look at the screen or keep it on, the phone will vibrate to let you know when to inhale, hold, and then exhale. Highly recommended for those that find breathing exercises help them.
Ewww Was really liking the black background. The new one is really hard to see...we should be able to switch it back for free...thats so messed up! It was easier to see on the black background! I dont like the upgrade anymore...thanx for making it worse :(
Very helpful for lowering blood pressure You can try any of the patterns suggested on various websites for BP, calming or meditation and see which works best for you. After a while you become more able to calm yourself without the app, too.
