In addition to the horrendous UI, there is no live chat with any agents. There is a useless AI bot that can't answer any meaningful questions, and every time you want to speak with an agent, the session automatically closes just as it starts. A horrible app for a horrible company offering horrible service.

trying to log in and the app is saying: an error occurred. please try again later. though I'm updated to the latest version
