Network Service is fairly decent, but Zain offers cheaper options. STC customer care needs significant improvement—it's super slow and inefficient. The surveys also seem fake and manipulated. Hope the management addresses these issues.

The wrost service ever experienced, they terminated my sim card by no reason and issue was unsolved after visiting many customer care center and many customer care calls to call centers, they simply say sorry and problem solved no one is there to understand and solve the issue , very unprofessional way to talk to the customer, I have made biggest mistake by choosing STC and never gon a repeat it again , very bad behavior of airport outlet staff, they don't intend to solve the problem.

STC is the worst telecom provider, and no one should use it. Their customer service is useless, and they trap customers with hidden charges. I only needed my STC line for receiving SMS, but they forced me into a postpaid plan, claiming it was the only option. Despite paying in advance for six months, my line was suspended early, and they falsely charged me for roaming services I never used. Their billing practices are deceptive, and they exploit customers without accountability.
