Stc was good in the beginning, but now it's all so bad. Slow and laggy Internet in both phone and router. And they have the worsttttttttttttt customer service. Do not recommend at all unless they fix their issues.

I purchased a mobile phone and accessories but the next day it was cancelled due of out of stock. and right now I still didn't receive the amount that I paid. waiting for a refund but no update no call. If I didn't asked for assistance no-one will update me been almost 2 weeks now and yet still I didn't receive it.😔

slowest internet on the island, least coverage and worst customer support. they also conveniently turn on the auto pay option without your consent several times. would recommend batelco.
