This Mobile App for the Council of Manufacturing Associations brings CMA members the latest CMA news and leadership conference info. The NAM's CMA is made up of more than 200 manufacturing trade associations that work together on behalf of manufacturing in the United States. The majority of high-energy Craniomaxillofacial traumatic or oncologic defects are composite, involving the skin, skeleton, and mucosa. Successful reconstruction restores facial projection and lays the foundation for functional rehabilitation. Human facial transplantation has become a reality and holds tremendous promise for severely disfiguring Craniomaxillofacial deformities.
The focus of this course will be on aesthetic and functional reconstruction of the craniofacial hard and soft tissue. The distinguished faculty will discuss reconstruction for bony, as well as, soft tissue reconstruction of the face and skull. The course will be advanced and problem oriented with an emphasis on the newest techniques, planning and imaging. The format will include lectures and panel discussions to facilitate audience participation.

PMI is an industry association of plumbing products manufacturers and suppliers. Its member companies produce most of the nation’s plumbing products. The association functions as a sounding board for its members, a source for industry and market information, and as a coordinating and decision-making body for dealing with industry issues. It is active in many arenas as it advocates on behalf of manufacturers, helps develop and maintain standards and codes, and works closely with government agencies at all levels – federal, state and local.
Membership in PMI is open to manufacturers of plumbing industry products including potable water supply system components, fixture fittings, waste fixture fittings, fixtures, flushing devices, sanitary drainage system components, and plumbing appliances, which are marketed and sold within the territorial limits of the NAFTA countries. Allied membership is also extended to suppliers, certifiers and others as outlined.
